Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alterations.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 25 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
